Trust is at the heart of every successful, ongoing relationship. At Experience Empowerment, earning and keeping your trust is the standard for everything I do.   Because of this commitment, any information that is shared with me is kept in the strictest of confidence*.  This means that I will not share your personal information with anyone and I will never sell, rent or trade e-mail addresses, physical addresses, personal information or phone numbers with any other person or company.

*I am required by law to disclosure information when an individual intends to cause harm to oneself or another, when the information is required by law, or when it is in the best interest of clients.  When disclosure is required, only information that is essential is revealed and the client is informed of such disclosure.  For example, I am required to report an individual’s intention to cause harm to oneself or another.

Do you share any personal information received through surveys, the counseling process, or any information received on the website?

No.  All of your information remains strictly confidential* unless disclosure is in the best interest of clients, is required by law, or is required for the welfare of others.  When disclosure is required, only information that is essential is revealed and the client is informed of such disclosure.  For example, I am required to report intention of harm to oneself or others.

Do you sell or trade customer e-mail addresses or phone numbers?
No. I never sell, rent, or trade e-mail addresses or phone numbers.

What kind of information will I be asked to provide?
When you place an order, request e-mail updates, or participate in a promotion, contest or survey, we may ask for some or all of the following: your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. If placing an order, we may ask for credit card information.

If you participate in a counseling questionnaire or session, your personal information will be kept in strictest confidence.  All information you provide will remain confidential.*

We maintain a record of your purchases. If you ship your order to an address different from your billing address, we will ask you to enter the Ship To name and address.

How will Experience Empowerment use the information I provide?
Your information is used to process and deliver your order to the address you request. Your payment information allows us to bill your credit card company. If we have any questions regarding your order, we will contact you by phone or e-mail. If you make a purchase, we may send you information and updates about new products, special sales and promotions. We use both e-mail and postal addresses to share information with our customers.

I often use testimonials from our customers in printed material or on our Web site, but only when I have express permission to do so. Testimonials come from customer comments sent or e-mailed directly to me.

I may occasionally share customer information with select third parties. From time to time I provide aggregate, statistical information about consumers and sales on our Web site and site shopping information. These statistics are used in communications, such as our annual report, and do not identify individuals.  Again, all information shared is kept in the strictest of confidence.  Every process I use is done in a way that ensures this commitment to you.

How do I discontinue promotional e-mails?
At the bottom of each e-mail is information about removing your name from our e-mail list. You may also remove your name or change the frequency of the e-mails you receive in My Account. Log in with your e-mail address and password. Select E-mail & Password Information. On the next screen, make your selection, then save your changes. Our promotions are prepared in advance, so it may take a few days for the change to take effect, and you may receive e-mails during that time.

After you make a purchase, for your convenience we will still send e-mail order confirmations and information about your order. We may also contact
you by phone or mail if we have questions regarding your order.
